Telly the TV Coming to Steam by Nov 2024! 

In addition, Telly the TV will have a brand new world, exclusive to the premium Steam & Downloadable Itch versions of the game. This new world will be a Candy Themed World!  There will be even more enemies and new traps to avoid in this sugary sweet world.

I've also been working on some minor bugs in the game, as well as some feature requests:

• World 4-3 - The moving platforms now re-spawn after they disappear
• World 4 - Adjusted the animated flame sprites to help reduce lag
• World 4 - removed a few falling blocks to prevent the player from becoming soft-locked
• World 4 - adjusted some behind the scenes code to the falling blocks to help reduce lag
• World 1 - added a direction sign sprite to introduce new players to the concept of branching paths in Telly the TV
• Added ASDW controls on Keyboard
• Pause Menu - you can now pause with "ESC" and "P." You will soon be able to go to the main menu or quit the game as well.
• Level Select - Only available in the Steam & Downloadable Itch versions of the game, quit your game knowing you can come back later

And for the biggest addition of them all, Invincibility Mode! That's right, killing enemies gives you a chance to spawn a special VHS Cassette Tape for Telly to collect to become invincible. Plow through enemies, walk through fire, and walk on spikes! But invincibility won't save you from bottomless pits, and the Moving Spike Wall in World 5.

That's right friends, i just launched my Ko-Fi shop and my game Telly the TV is available on there, on sale for $5.00. If you become a monthly supporter, even at the lowest $1.00 tier, you can get the game for $1, meaning you only have to pay $2 total to get your own downloadable copy of Telly the TV. Currently this is just the link to my Windows build, but I will soon have access to my mac build, as well as my linux build. I will keep updating the link here with the most current version.

Oh but I'm not done with Telly the TV, i want to add ASDW Keyboard controls to the game. Plus i have a couple of bug fixes to implement now that the game is finally released. For example I made the fireballs in World 4 have a more fair hitbox so you don't get hit by the if you're standing underneath.

Some of you have mentioned you'd like to see a level select added to the Title Screen/Options page, as well as possible volume controls. I taught myself how to program in Gdevelop as I went so it will take research for me to implement both of these features. I am more likely to develop a level select, than a volume control due to the way my sound was programmed in Gdevelop.
